该项目位于秘鲁首都利马、共包含七个住宅单元。整个建筑面积呈矩形，面积为445 m2，面向本区特色的城市公园。住宅距离街道地面1.50m，有一个宽敞的大厅，来自公共的庭院的光线间接地照亮大厅。该设计旨在连接所有的居住空间，营造安静的室内氛围，并让居住者在住宅内观赏公园或内部庭院的景观。在该理念的指导下形成的内部格局实现了空间的优化利用。阳台可以根据用户需求进行布置，形成充满活力而变化的洞外外表皮。外面的活动窗可以保护隐私，还可以抵挡恶劣气候。内部设计利用垂直绿化植物墙为住宅用户创造更加清新自然，舒适放松的生活环境。

住宅的楼面面积每层约为340 m2。主空间可以直接看到Federico Blume公园景观。该项目共有两个中央庭院，其中一个面向服务区域，另外一个则是面积较大的开放空间，即连接公寓主要区域的主庭院。此外，还有一面绿化墙。覆满绿植的绿化墙在室内创造了独特的微气候。公共庭院的活动门可以自由关闭，模糊了与建筑之间的界限，同时提供隐私和视野。
